Deep Expertise, Varied Application

From facilitation to project management to leadership, I’m experienced in virtually all aspects of the education space. I enjoy making educational content more effective, engaging, and accessible. And, I love to discuss creative ideas. I’m always happy to consult. Let’s talk about your project.

Curriculum Development

Applying science-informed learning principles to the assessment, design, development, and evaluation of educational programs. Recommending role-based learning paths, individual development plans, and opportunities for differentiated instruction/Learner choice. Developing measurement and evaluation strategies, rubrics, and proficiency assessments.

Learning Design

Applying effective instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, action mapping, design thinking, and backwards design) to lead global learning initiatives. Architecting relevant, engaging, problem-oriented activities. Storyboarding interactive, bite-sized (microlearning) experiences, optimized for Learner retention.

Content Writing

Reviewing complex information, distilling essential content, and (re)writing for clarity and interest. Creating website copy and educational blog articles. Writing realistic, character-driven narratives (scenarios, comic strips, and cartoon animation).

eLearning Development

Using robust authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, WordPress, and Tutor LMS) to create immersive experiences that engage Learners kinesthetically. Using generative AI tools to enhance text, images, and videos.

The course is both educational and entertaining…especially with the videos and other visual content. It is very well put together.

The animation keeps the whole training interesting. It is a great improvement from past courses. Thank you!

Just completed First Principles and wanted to let you know that I thought it was really well done this year. It felt more interesting and interactive and the conflict of interest video was pretty hilarious.

Liz, a credit to your work. Jason is a former colleague of Mona’s and mine now working in Capital Markets.

(And to clarify, I rebuked all credit – lol).

Wanted to pass along…

Did you guys design the AML training in the annual Ethics Legal & Compliance training? I just finished the course and I was very impressed with it! It’s very well designed and had great examples, I loved the story! It was very comprehensive and was also easy to understand. It wasn’t boring at all! Such a huge improvement from the previous years.

Thanks so much for all the great work on this, I’m delighted with the training. I believe this is the best ever AC baseline training we’ve provided. Thanks so much for all your great work.

This is FANTASTIC. Thank you so much. Your insights, experience and creativity are invaluable to this team. In addition, your ability to think strategically about how to best engage the learner and provide the most valuable learning experience has helped set ELCT apart this year.

Liz, fantastic job today. Your hard work on the original course made this stage productive and fruitful. We have some solid DCCs planned that will be enriching experiences for our students. Thank you for your leadership and commitment to excellence. I am so impressed.

I must say that Liz is an exceptional person to work with. She is organized, detailed and very creative. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and look forward to phase two.

Serious Learning,
